Please note that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 1–2 business days. After approval, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
