1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Velmoryx Group Corp, the operator of Luminous Jewels & Metals at luminousjewels.net. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Velmoryx Group Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a new effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Continued use of Luminous Jewels & Metals after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.
3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Luminous Jewels & Metals is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), data from a person under 18 will be promptly deleted.

- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the website.
5. External Links
Luminous Jewels & Metals may link to third-party websites not controlled by Velmoryx Group Corp. These links do not constitute endorsement or approval.
We accept no responsibility for external site content, terms of service, or privacy policies. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any external site they visit.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. You may initiate a return after receiving the item (see Returns tab, Section 10).
7. Delivery Terms
Orders ship via USPS with an estimated delivery period of 5-7 business days from dispatch. Actual delivery times vary by location and circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs vary by order, calculated at checkout based on items, destination, and shipping method. All applicable charges are displayed before order confirmation.
Velmoryx Group Corp is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or force majeure.
9. Product Descriptions
Velmoryx Group Corp strives for accuracy in product listings. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or specifications are entirely accurate, complete, or current.

8. Refunds
Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

10. Returns
To return an item, contact [email protected]. All returns must be shipped to our fulfillment center. Do not send returns to our corporate address.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
11. Payment Terms
Luminous Jewels & Metals accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Full payment is required at the time of order. By submitting payment, you authorize Velmoryx Group Corp to charge the total amount including taxes and shipping.
Charges appear on your billing statement as “LUMINOUSJEWELS&METALS*”. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. Velmoryx Group Corp may change pricing at any time without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability and Arbitration
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velmoryx Group Corp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Luminous Jewels & Metals. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velmoryx Group Corp from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or your use of Luminous Jewels & Metals shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
